What?! Another bluebird day? The road is black, the sun is shining and there is no cloud. It is the end of January but it feels like March. We still have not enough snow to make the same size snow man we made last season on the drive way. Nevertheless, today is a glorious day … More Gallery 28.1.20 Tokachi
Every now and then you get inspired by people around you. These last few days I was skiing with a crew who seeded a goal in my mind. Let’s ski until I’m at least 78! The snow condition was admittedly not champagne Hokkaido powder, but I had an amazing time skiing, chatting and sampling a … More Gallery 26.1.20 ASD
Today we got Hokkaido winter back. No more sun, no more clear blue sky. Snow, low visibility, bit of wind and lots of fun. A vastly different day to yesterday. Perfect for photography… que in the aerial models. It was an absolute joy to guide fun loving … More Furano Air Force

Searching for soft snow up high with Jonas and Cyril for a couple of days was super fun. We hiked and earned some turns in Tokachi then went north to check out Asahidake. Took them to all my favourite places which all had the same name. Been there done that – get the t-shirt… Thanks … More Gallery 11,13.1.20 Tokachi & ASD
Every now and then we get a group of skiers who are on another level of fitness and shredability. This is day 3 of having such a group, it’s a go hard and go home kind of trip. After a light sprinkle of snow over the previous 24 hours, we had a reasonable amount of … More Gallery 7.1.20 Furano
